Guy Drexinger, Partner
Guy Drexinger is a 1979 graduate of Walton High School in Marietta. Guy earned his Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration in Economics from the University of Florida in 1983 and did post baccalaureate studies at Georgia State University in accounting from 1985 to 1986 (becoming a CPA in 1988). In 1989 Guy returned to school to pursue a law degree at Mercer University, graduating in 1992. Guy was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 1992 and established Gaeton L. Drexinger, P.C. that same year. Guy was a County Administrator and Conservator for Cobb County Probate Court from 2000 to 2006.
Lauren Beasley, Partner
Lauren Beasley is a native of Georgia, having grown up in Marietta, and after graduating from Marietta High School, she went on to earn her Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and International Affairs from Georgia State University in 2013. Lauren received her J.D. from Mercer University, Walter F. George School of Law in 2018. While she was obtaining her law degree from Mercer, Lauren obtained invaluable experience in mediation from her internship with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, internship with Alan Manheim focusing on family law, and with Guy Drexinger learning about all aspects of probate law.
Lauren is currently serving as a County Administrator and Conservator for Cobb County Probate Court.
Chris Sinclair, Of Counsel
Sinclair Law, LLC
Christine Sinclair has been practicing law for over 20 years. After graduating from the University of Georgia School of Law, she worked as a staff attorney for the Chattowah Open Land Trust for a year. She then became an associate at the Atlanta law firm Miles, McGoff, & Moore, LLC (later Moore & Reese, LLC) where she worked in both transactional and litigation practice areas. In 2012, she began a solo practice with Marietta-based Sinclair Law, LLC. Her practice areas include estate planning, probate, corporate, homeowners and condominium associations, and real estate. Ms. Sinclair enjoys working with individuals and small business and association clients and provides personalized, professional service and problem solving to minimize clients’ future legal needs. Prior to law school, Ms. Sinclair received a BSA in Environmental Economics and Management from the University of Georgia. She lives in east Cobb with her husband, Christopher, and their five children.
